I'm convinced by now the Seattle Mystery Bookshop can control the weather. Every time I visit to sign books, the clouds part, the sun shines, and I'm sure adorable woodland creatures frolic.
This is my sixth novel and my fourth event at the shop, and you'd think it'd be old hat by now, but I'm constantly amazed at the warmth and atmosphere at the 'Shop. I've never hesitated to jump at the chance when they invite me to an event.
So come to the SMB if you need a change in the weather--or just kickass book suggestions and events that are, frankly, totally superior.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go frolic.
